What is your processing time?

Our processing time is currently 3-5 business days. We ship orders Monday- Friday, excluding holidays. Due to seasonal delays processing times may take 5-10 business days.

When will I receive my order? 

Orders shipped within the United States typically take 3-7 business days to arrive once shipped. We ship from North Carolina. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office, we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

What is your refund policy? 

Our return policy is 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Read more about our refund policy here.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!

I entered my address incorrectly when ordering. What do I do?

What is your wax blend made of?

We use a blend of coconut and soy wax for our candles. We use soy wax for our wax melts.

What is the gold sparkles in the candles and wax melts made of?

Mica powder. It is a mineral from the earth with a crystal structure. It is non-toxic, cruelty-free, and safe.
